Our goal is to educate, engage, and inspire startup talent and founders across the ecosystem. Were now looking for a Graphic Designer who can help us translate these stories into compelling visual experiences across platforms. Role Overview As our Graphic Designer, youll play a key role in shaping how our content looks and feels. From social media creatives to video thumbnails, your work will enhance the storytelling and elevate the brand’s visual identity. Key Responsibilities: Design engaging graphics for Instagram posts, carousels, and reels Create custom banners, headers, and visuals for our Medium blog Design promotional materials for our podcast Develop eye-catching thumbnails and assets for our YouTube videos Create visuals for newsletters, email campaigns, and internal reports Maintain consistency with our design language while bringing new ideas to the table Collaborate closely with content and editorial teams to align visual direction with messaging What We’re Looking For A strong design portfolio showcasing clean, modern, and story-led visuals Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy Ability to design for multiple platforms with attention to platform-specific nuances Time management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines Receptive to feedback and collaborative in approach Awareness of current design trends and digital content formats Bonus Points: Experience designing for podcasts or video platforms like YouTube Basic motion design or animation skills (After Effects, CapCut, etc.) Why Work With Us: Contribute to thoughtful, long-form content that stands out in the startup space Remote-first work environment with flexibility and autonomy Opportunity to build our visual presence from the ground up Competitive compensation and growth opportunities
