Job Description

We are seeking a creative and execution-focused Graphic Designer Executive who can independently handle design requirements for multiple brands and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual skills, hands-on expertise in design tools, and prior experience working in a digital marketing or creative agency environment.

This role requires someone who can deliver high-quality creatives under tight deadlines while maintaining brand consistency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, ad banners, reels thumbnails, and campaign visuals
• Create branding and marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, pitch decks, creatives)
• Develop creatives for performance marketing ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Collaborate with SEO, PPC, SMM, and Content teams for campaign execution
• Understand client briefs and convert them into effective visual concepts
• Maintain brand guidelines across all platforms and creatives
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Make revisions based on client and internal feedback
• Maintain organized design files and asset libraries

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of relevant experience (agency experience preferred)
• Strong proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva (advanced use).
• Solid understanding of: Typography, Color theory, Layout & visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of social media formats, ad sizes, and digital trends
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Good to Have (Added Advantage)

• Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
• Experience with Figma / Adobe XD
• Exposure to branding strategy & marketing funnels
• Understanding of performance marketing creatives
