As a Front-end Graphic Designer at our company, you will utilize your creative skills and a minimum of 2 years of experience to interpret our company's needs and design solutions with high visual impact. Your proficiency in modern design tools like Figma will be essential as you work on a variety of projects, focusing mainly on websites, apps, banners, digital advertising, and social media. In addition to graphic design, proficiency in video editing is also required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the web development team to design websites - Develop concepts for various projects - Design and create in-house marketing materials - Produce innovative and original designs for websites and microsites - Create banners, templates, mailers, logos, and landing pages - Design UI mockups and layouts for websites and landing pages using Figma - Generate ideas for pitching and proposals with internal teams - Edit and produce videos for ads, reels, product explainers, and promotional clips - Stay updated on digital design trends and maintain brand consistency across platforms - Ensure quality control over your work - Work closely with other team members to meet project deadlines - Justify graphics/elements choices in designs - Demonstrate strong visualization skills **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 2 years of design experience - Experience in e-commerce is preferred - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) - Ability to think creatively and develop new design concepts based on project requirements - Content writing skills are an added advantage If you are available for immediate joining and possess a Diploma (Preferred) education, along with at least 1 year of experience in graphic design (Preferred), we encourage you to apply for this full-time position.
