Overview

We are looking for a Creative Quality Evaluator (Graphic Design) to join our internal review and quality assurance team.

This role focuses on evaluating vendor applications for professional-level access and periodically reviewing existing pro-level designers to ensure consistent quality, creativity, and client satisfaction across multiple design categories.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, branding, web and print design, illustration, or art direction, along with a sharp eye for composition, color balance, typography, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

1. PRO Evaluation

Review and assess designer portfolios, case studies, and project samples submitted under categories such as:

• Logo & Brand Identity
• Web & App Design
• Print Design
• Art & Illustration
• Product & Gaming Design
• Marketing Design
• Visual Design
• Evaluate based on creativity, technical execution, originality, and market relevance.
• Collaborate with the Category Leads to update category-specific rubrics and maintain fairness and accuracy.

2. PRO Demotion & Quality Audits

• Periodically review the performance of existing Pro vendors.
• Identify profiles that no longer meet platform quality or activity standards.
• Prepare structured demotion reports backed by visual and quality evidence.
• Work closely with vendor success and operations teams to ensure fairness and transparency in quality actions.

Required Skill Set

Creative & Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of design fundamentals: composition, color theory, typography, layout, and hierarchy.
• Professional experience in one or more of the following:
• Logo Design, Brand Identity, or Style Guides
• Web & App UI Design (Figma, Adobe XD, Webflow)
• Print & Packaging Design (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign)
• Illustration / Digital Art (Procreate, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Marketing Creatives & Social Media Design

Analytical & Evaluation Skills

• Ability to critically evaluate portfolios with an unbiased and structured approach.
• Strong sense of global design trends and category-specific market expectations.
• Familiarity with creative benchmarking systems or design rating frameworks.
• Strong visual judgment and ability to identify plagiarism, template usage, or derivative design.

Communication & Documentation

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to draft concise evaluation reports and feedback summaries.
• Collaborative mindset to work with multi-category review teams and creative directors.

Eligibility & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1+ years of experience in a design, art direction, or creative quality assurance role.
• Prior experience in reviewing portfolios, mentoring designers, or working with creative marketplaces is a plus.
