Job Description

Job Title: Graphic Designer-Engineer

Design and develop visually appealing creatives for digital platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Edit and produce professional-quality videos, reels, product demos, and event highlights.
Leverage
AI-based tools
for faster creative output, image enhancement, and video automation.
Create marketing collaterals including brochures, banners, presentations, and print materials.
Develop motion graphics, animations, and GIFs for engaging brand storytelling.
Ensure consistency in branding across all designs and videos.
Collaborate closely with marketing, branding, and content teams to deliver creative solutions.
Stay updated with design, video editing, and AI trends to bring fresh ideas to projects.
Manage multiple projects effectively with timely delivery and quality focus.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer with strong video editing capabilities.
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects (knowledge of Canva, Figma, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus).
Hands-on experience with
AI design tools
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout principles, and video storytelling.
Knowledge of motion graphics, sound design, and transitions for professional video editing.
Ability to adapt to different design styles and work under tight deadlines.
Creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
