Graphic Designer - custom apparel design

Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer specializing in Custom Apparel Design, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for sports jerseys, lifestyle garments, and T-shirts. Your expertise in sublimation and DTF printing will enable you to produce print-ready designs that adhere to brand guidelines and showcase creativity. Key Responsibilities: - Create custom apparel designs using provided templates and incorporating specific branding elements such as logos, mascots, and colors. - Ensure all designs comply with official brand guidelines, including logo, color, and trademark usage. - Prepare print-ready files for both sublimation and DTF printing processes according to provided instructions. - Design high-quality web images for e-commerce platforms, featuring garments from front and back perspectives. - Collaborate with the internal team to ensure designs meet technical specifications and align with brand standards. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (AI) with strong experience in vector-based design, particularly for apparel and merchandise. - Experience with full cut-and-sew sublimation and DTF printing techniques. - Ability to research and apply brand guidelines accurately, including logos and color schemes. - High attention to detail in logo placement, typography, and color consistency. - Strong creative design skills while maintaining brand integrity. - Experience in preparing print-ready files meeting technical printing specifications. - Effective time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
