About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer

If you're someone who can lead design thinking, handle multiple projects, and mentor younger designers - this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns, brand identities, and digital assets across print and digital platforms.Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Collaborate with the strategy, content, and web teams to bring brand stories to life through design.
• Take ownership of brand guidelines and ensure consistent visual language across all touchpoints.
• Create compelling and effective visual identity systems, logos, designs, print and digital media
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
• Participate in team meetings to present design ideas and gather feedback.
• Research & Trend Analysis
• Provide art direction for photoshoots, video storyboards, and campaign visuals when required.
• Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and tools to contribute fresh ideas and approaches.
• Form and work along with a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 4-6 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking and design skills
• Technically sound about design theory
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
