Roles & Responsibilities

• Creative Concept Development – Brainstorm, design, and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, social media, branding, packaging, and advertising.
• Brand Consistency – Ensure all visuals align with the brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
• Design for Multiple Platforms – Create graphics for print (brochures, posters, packaging) and digital (social media creatives, website banners, emailers, ads).
• Collaboration with Teams – Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand creative requirements and deliver impactful designs.
• Visual Storytelling – Translate brand stories, campaign ideas, and product features into visually compelling designs.
• Adaptation & Versioning – Adapt master creatives into various sizes, formats, and layouts for different marketing channels.
• Trend Awareness – Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and techniques to keep the brand’s visuals fresh and engaging.
• File & Asset Management – Organize and maintain an easily accessible library of design files, templates, and brand assets.
• Timely Delivery – Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Feedback & Iteration – Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to improve final output.
• Basic Motion Design (if applicable) – Create simple animations, GIFs, or video graphics to enhance digital campaigns.
• Basic Video Editing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
