Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create high-quality designs for social media, website, emailers, digital campaigns, brochures, presentations, and event branding.
• Maintain a consistent brand language and visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Translate complex ideas, technical data, or business goals into clear, engaging visual formats.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to understand creative needs and deliver impactful assets.
• Support video creation and editing for digital marketing, product explainers, and internal communication.
• Work with external vendors, printers, and agencies to ensure accurate and timely delivery of physical collaterals.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the sustainability and EV sectors.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally in a high-growth startup, tech, mobility, or energy sector.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Canva, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides).

• Basic video editing and motion graphics skills (preferred).
• Strong sense of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color theory.
• A sharp eye for detail and a passion for design that solves real business problems.
• Ability to receive feedback, iterate quickly, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across digital, print, and multimedia formats.
