Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design digital advertisements, branding materials, print ads, and social/mobile content in alignment with the brand's identity and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product, to translate briefs into engaging and effective visual designs.
• Lead the creation of marketing materials across various media, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
• Manage design projects from conception to completion while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high quality.
• Present creative concepts and design rationale to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback as needed.
• Conduct visual research, analyze design trends, and integrate relevant insights to enhance creative output.
• Oversee coordination with external vendors such as printers, freelancers, and agencies to deliver quality results on time.
• Develop and implement design strategies that enhance user engagement and brand perception.

Experience Requirement:

• 4-10 years of hands-on experience in graphic design across digital and print media.
• Proven experience in delivering visually compelling design work across advertising, branding, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Strong working knowledge and demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience in developing assets for digital platforms (e.g., websites, emailers, paid ads, social media posts).
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while managing timelines and priorities effectively.
• Experience working with marketing or brand teams to align designs with campaign objectives.
• Video editing, motion graphics, or illustration skills are a significant plus.
• Experience in working in fast-paced, agile environments with tight deadlines.
