Graphic Designer

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideate and design creative concepts for digital, print, and social media campaigns.
• Develop layouts and graphics for brand communication and advertisements.
• Design or adaptpackaging artwork (labels, sleeves, boxes), including dielines and print-ready files, and provide basic coordination with printers as needed.
• Produce visually consistent designs aligned with brand guidelines.
• Adapt designs for multiple formats from web and mobile to brochures, posters, and packaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualise and execute campaigns.
• Keep up with design trends, social media aesthetics, and emerging AI tools for creative production.

Skills and experience

• 24 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with exposure tosmall businesses or startupswhere one designer handles end-to-end work.?
• Strong working knowledge ofAdobe PhotoshopandIllustrator;CorelDRAW (CDR)experience is a strong plus, especially for print and packaging.?
• Practical familiarity withAI-based design tools(e.g., generative fill in Photoshop, or external AI tools for references and assets) and willingness to learn more.?
• Demonstrated work inpackaging designin your portfolio (even a few solid projects are enough), showing understanding of structure, hierarchy, and print limitations.
