Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will create impactful visual designs across digital and print media, collaborating with creative and marketing teams to

enhance brand presence and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging creatives for digital campaigns

  (social media, banners, emailers) and print assets (brochures, posters, packaging).

• Lead assigned design projects from ideation to final output, upholding brand guidelines, typography, colour, and visual standards.
• Revise and adapt designs based on feedback, collaborating actively with stakeholders.
• Prepare artwork files for production and digital use, ensuring technical accuracy.
• Coordinate with marketing and content teams on concept development and execution.
• Stay updated on design trends and propose fresh ideas.
• Manage multiple projects, meeting quality and deadline expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 2-3 years professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with projects spanning digital and offline channels.

2. Advanced proficiency with:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Canva (for rapid design adaptation and social-first graphics)

• Familiarity with Figma or Sketch is a plus.

3.Experience in designing for printed and fabricated assets such as banners, canopies, POS materials, and other marketing collateral.

4.Strong portfolio showing digital and print/offline work.

5.Excellent design sense for colour, type, layout, and brand identity.

6.Good communication and teamwork skills.

7.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).

8. Knowledge of print production, finishing processes, and file preparation for fabrication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with motion graphics/video tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Basic UX/UI
• Ability in photography and image retouching.
