Graphic Designer - Branding and Marketing

As a Graphic Designer at our agency, you will be responsible for blending creativity with strategy. Your expertise will be crucial in designing for digital-first campaigns and premium corporate branding projects, ranging from social media creatives to brochures, company profiles, and investor decks. You will collaborate closely with our Creative Director, strategy, and research teams to transform insights, content, and references into visually compelling stories that contribute to building brands, shaping campaigns, and amplifying market presence. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with the Creative Director and business team on brand identity and corporate design projects. - Design digital marketing creatives such as social posts, ad banners, campaign visuals, and emailers. - Develop premium B2B collaterals including company profiles, brochures, investor decks, and presentations. - Contribute to integrated creative campaigns by aligning visuals with insights from market research and brand strategy. - Ensure professional design standards for both digital and print outputs by focusing on typography, hierarchy, color modes, DPI, margins/bleeds. - Maintain brand consistency across campaigns, collaterals, and client touchpoints. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in corporate branding, creative campaigns, and premium design projects. - Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) with strong digital + print design skills. - Strong grasp of branding, typography, layouts, and visual storytelling. - Knowledge of print design best practices including CMYK, DPI, margins, and bleeds. - Ability to handle multiple projects with precision and meet tight deadlines. - Passion for design that not only looks great but also drives business impact.
