What youll do:

Cook up
social media creatives
that grab eyeballs and hearts
Shape
brand identities

Design
print collaterals
that dont end up in the trash bin
Work directly with the founder (yes, no 5 layers of managers!)
Juggle ideas, meet deadlines, and still keep things fun

What were looking for:

A
fresher with a design degree
(your portfolio matters more than your GPA)
Pro at
Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator and other design tools
Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and detail (you notice when a comma is off-center)
Creative, curious, and open to learning
new tricks
Good communicator - because good design starts with good conversations
