Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented graphics designer to join our team. This position will play a key role in creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and objectives across mediums. The role requires a creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and a desire to produce engaging and high quality visual content.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Graphic Design: Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality visual assets for digital and print media including but not limited to social media, pitch decks, reports, advertisements, infographics, event collaterals;
• Brand Consistency: Ensuring that all design work aligns with Asign's brand guidelines and maintaining a consistent visual identity across all channels;
• Collaboration: Collaborating closely with the Communication, Sales, Data and Product team to translate project requirements into impactful visuals;
• Trends: Staying up-to-date with design trends, formats and techniques to continually enhance design skills and creativity;
• Innovation & Exploration: Leverage AI-assisted design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Canva Magic Studio, Runway, ChatGPT, Kling, Grok etc.) to enhance workflow;

Skills & Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite, Canva and Figma;
• Knowledge of Graphic design principles, Strong eye for composition, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy;
• Familiarity with brand design systems;
• Self-directed, comfortable working across teams with clear communication and time-management skills;
• Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback and employ problem solving skills;
• Comfortable experimenting with AI-powered design tools to enhance productivity and creativity;

The ideal candidate should have:

• A Design school background with a Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Graphic design, Visual Communication or a related discipline;
• 3-4 years of relevant work experience and the ability to work independently;
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and a keen eye for aesthetics;
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite and any other design programs or relevant (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles;
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality design work;
• Good language proficiency in English; effective communication and collaboration skills; excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to work with inter-disciplinary teams;
• Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
• Knowledge of web design principles and UI/UX design concepts would be a plus
