About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials

• Create engaging static advertisements for digital and print media platforms

• Develop brand-consistent visual content across various marketing channels

• Collaborate with marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects

• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

• Review and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders

• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printing vendors

• Maintain organized digital asset library

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brochure design and layout

• Proven experience creating static ads for various platforms (social media, web, print)

• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Understanding of print production processes and specifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software

• Experience with motion graphics and animated content

• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles

• Familiarity with web design and HTML/CSS basics

• Experience in digital marketing or advertising agency environment

• Photography or illustration skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
