Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, confident and a dedicated Graphic

Designer based in Bangalore to work with a talented team of creative and technical

professionals, supporting the UK, US, Canada, Asia Pacific regions & Australia- Project

and Programme Services (PPS) Client Development Team for the region's Win Work

activities.

Requirements:

? Minimum 2 years to a maximum of 10 years of professional experience in graphic

design/UI design.

? Bachelor's degree in graphic design/visual communication or an equivalent

bachelor's degree with relevant work experience in graphic design.

o Bachelor/ master's in design-B. Des or M. Des/M. Arch with specialization in

o Visual communications

o Industrial Design

o Fashion Design

o Communication Design

? Candidates from Architecture background. B. Arch Graduate with a minimum of 2-3

years of graphic design work experience

? Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and

Photoshop.

Additional software skills-

design process - Client interview presentation and Design Pitches

? To work on several individual projects concurrently and prioritize effectively to meet

deadlines.

? Adherence to AtkinsRalis brand guidelines and advocating for best practices w.r.t

to the brand.

? Work as part of an integrated design team and co-ordinate with other disciplines.

Communication & Verbal Skills:

? Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.

? Ability to negotiate and deal with Design Team & Project Managers across global

regions.

? Able to define and articulate ideas with clarity.

? Sound knowledge in Design Theories and Principles

Responsibilities:

? Production of high-quality graphics for use within bids and formal submissions.

? Design and create collateral for marketing initiatives in collaboration with business

development managers

? Must be able to produce high quality, creative and attractive reports, brochures, bid

infographics and basic motion graphics using Adobe Creative cloud.

? Assist the Marketing & Communications team for Capability statements, social

media posts and other Client presentations.

? A strong eye for technical detail and visual composition.

? Adept to the wider design knowledge and Creative Thinking for Design Pitches for

Mega pursuits & Strategic client Interview presentations.

? Understanding project requirements and translate them into creative solutions.

? Should be proactive towards knowledge sharing and adapting to new skill sets.

? Follow and maintain our global brand guidelines and regional graphic standards.

? Ability to deliver end-to-end graphic requirements in a bid process, manage inputs

and expectations from bid teams.

? Able to use own initiative, prioritize, plan workload efficiently, and meet deadlines.

? Adapt the One team culture by accepting & appreciating other's design goals.

? Adapt to work in alignment to different time zones based on design priorities.

? Attention to detail able to self-check and adhere to Quality assessment of the final

deliverables,

Management:
