Graphic Designer and Visualizer

You are a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for end-to-end design of STEM Toy & science kit packaging, product graphics, Toy Models skin layouts, instruction manuals, activity sheets, and collaterals. Your role involves designing packaging graphics, product visual assets, and stickers from concept to final artwork. You will also illustrate or sketch assets such as toys Graphic, props, and icons for use in manuals, stickers, or packaging. Additionally, you will create clean, kid-friendly instruction manuals and activity guides in a layout that balances function and aesthetics. Collaboration with content and product teams, design lead, and in-house design team is essential to ensure designs are practical and production-ready. You should be able to show and explain work in progress regularly, take feedback seriously, and improve with speed and clarity. Moreover, it is important to ensure that all designs align with the brand's visual language, age-appropriateness, and educational values. Your qualifications should include 1-3 years of hands-on experience and a portfolio in product packaging, manual design, or original graphic design work. A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as BFA, MFA, B.Des, or M.Des is mandatory. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is required. You must have a strong sketching and drawing ability to develop and illustrate design elements independently using software like Photoshop, Illustrator, or others. Understanding print-ready files for production requirements and the ability to work on projects end-to-end, from concept to final artwork, are key. Being organized, independent, and excited to work in a creative collaborative environment is also important. Bonus skills that would be beneficial include a background in STEM kits or D2C product packaging, a basic understanding of print production files and toy packaging trends, and work experience in an E-Commerce Company. As an ideal candidate, you love to draw and create things from scratch. You don't just arrange designs but build them ground-up with logic and charm. Taking ownership and having a desire to grow are qualities that will set you apart. Understanding kid psychology and thinking like a parent and child when designing will be advantageous.
