Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Design Quality & Creativity: Ensure all creative assets meet brand standards and visual appeal. Bring fresh, innovative design ideas regularly.
• Timely Delivery: Complete tasks within agreed timelines. Manage multiple briefs without delays.
• Platform-Specific Adaptations: Customize creatives for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, emailers, ads, etc.).
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal marketing for seamless output.
• Feedback Handling: Revise designs quickly and efficiently based on internal or client feedback.
• Version Control & File Management: Organize files properly and maintain design versions as per brand guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW.

3. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility across digital and print.

4. Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and brand design.

5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

6. Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

7. Accuracy, detail orientation, understanding of industrial visuals (icons, schematics, tables, charts).
