We are a fast-growing custom apparel and embroidery company based in Southern California, producing high-quality products for universities, organizations, and businesses. Our in-house design and production teams work together to create premium, creative, and on-brand apparel for our clients.

Job Summary

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

Create and edit artwork for custom apparel, merchandise, and branding projects.
Convert raster images (JPG, PNG, etc.) into vector files quickly and accurately.
Prepare print-ready files for screen printing, embroidery, and sublimation.
Collaborate with the design and sales team to deliver creative concepts and revisions.
Ensure all designs meet brand and production standards.
Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Communicate clearly and effectively in English with team members and clients.

Requirements

Must be available to work
9 AM – 5 PM PST (Los Angeles Time)
.
Excellent English communication skills
(both written and verbal).
Strong proficiency in
Adobe Illustrator
and
Adobe Photoshop
.
Ability to
convert raster images to vector
efficiently and accurately.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Ability to handle feedback and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in apparel, merchandise, or print design is a strong plus.
