Graphic Designer 2 - Graphics & Marketing

You are a Graphic Designer who will be joining our design team to work on a variety of design projects, particularly focusing on Print projects. From conceptualization to completion, you will be responsible for working on graphics, layouts, brochures, posters, web layouts, PPT designing, video editing, motion graphics, banners, and marketing collaterals. Your passion for strong graphic design and innovation will be key to your success in this role. Your primary skills should include proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Dreamweaver. Additionally, familiarity with After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and PPT will be beneficial for this position. In this role, your responsibilities will include designing and specifying user interfaces and information architecture through various design techniques. You will need to be proactive in ensuring consistent branding across all touchpoints, extending brand guidelines, and adhering to company policies regarding the use of the company logo. Collaborating with the content and strategic marketing team, you will design marketing materials in line with corporate branding standards and client requirements. You will be accountable for producing high-quality graphic design artwork, client-facing proposals, and presentation packages. Effective time management skills, the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and strong communication skills are essential for this role. A degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is mandatory. To qualify for this position, you must have at least 3 years of proven experience in graphic designing with a robust portfolio of illustrations or graphics. Flexibility to work night shifts (3PM-12AM & 6PM-3AM) is required for this role. Familiarity with design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and PowerPoint is essential. Experience in process improvements, partnerships, and effective collaboration with stakeholders and the marketing team will be advantageous.,
