About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Graphic Designer Trainer who can train students/professionals, deliver practical sessions, and guide them to build strong design portfolios. The ideal candidate should have hands-on industry experience and a flair for teaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive training sessions on Graphic Design tools and concepts
• Teach fundamentals such as typography, color theory, layout, branding, and visual composition
• Provide hands-on training using industry tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Train students on real-time design projects, social media creatives, brochures, posters, and branding work
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assignments
• Support learners with portfolio building and interview preparation
• Stay updated with current design trends and industry practices

Required Skills & Tools

• Strong expertise in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Basic knowledge of Canva
• Good understanding of:
• Branding & identity design
• Social media design
• Layouts and digital creatives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify concepts and engage learners

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant design/teaching experience
• Prior experience as a trainer or mentor
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design work
• Passion for teaching, patience, and mentoring mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
