Job Description: We are seeking an Executive – Graphic Designing to join our dynamic creative team and support internal branding, marketing, and communication efforts through impactful visual design. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and creatively driven professional who is passionate about translating ideas into compelling visual content. The ideal candidate should have a strong command over design software and an eye for aesthetics, layout, and branding consistency across platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple formats and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring visual storytelling to life. Key Responsibility Areas: Graphic Design & Creative Execution Design and create visual materials such as logos, brochures, digital/print advertisements, event branding, and social media graphics. Apply principles of color theory, typography, and layout design to enhance visual quality and brand consistency. Software Proficiency & Editing Work proficiently in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, and other relevant design software. Execute advanced photo editing tasks and ensure high-resolution outputs across all visual deliverables. Feedback & Design Iteration Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project goals and incorporate feedback into iterative design revisions. Ensure final designs are aligned with brand guidelines and meet project requirements. Project & Time Management Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality. Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and quality control across all design assets. Trends & Innovation Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and visual storytelling techniques. Actively contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions for new campaigns and design initiatives. Key Requirements : Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field is preferred. Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design roles, preferably in a corporate or creative agency environment. Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, and other design/editing tools. Strong command over photo editing, layout design, and file preparation for both print and digital formats. Design & Aesthetic Skills: Solid grasp of design principles including typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and color theory. Ability to create eye-catching and brand-consistent designs across multiple mediums. Project & Interpersonal Skills: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Collaborative mindset with the ability to handle feedback constructively. Capable of multitasking and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
