Graphic Design Specialist - Healthcare

Role Overview: - Deep understanding of graphic design for print and digital advertising - Familiarity with healthcare & pharmaceutical brand advertising - Generating ideas for advertising campaigns - Developing creatives for global healthcare and pharmaceutical brand campaigns - Assessing and making technical decisions on designs - Leading, managing, and training junior designers - Ensuring consistent quality output and adherence to best practice guidelines - Ensuring client satisfaction and meeting Service Level Agreements Collaboration: - Working closely with global creative agency teams - Collaborating with a team of talented designers to deliver high-quality services Ideal Candidate Profile: - 8 to 10 years of experience in integrated creative production for healthcare and pharmaceutical brands - Ability to work with marketing, copywriting, and strategy teams to develop visual narratives - Ensuring visual content adheres to brand standards and channel-specific specifications - Creating templates, design systems, and scalable design assets - Providing art direction support based on target audience and campaign objectives - Maintaining visual consistency across various deliverables - Staying updated with industry trends and introducing innovative design formats - Managing timelines and workload independently while collaborating with teams - Participating in project scoping, estimation, and stakeholder reviews - Handling final production of jobs and delivering to vendors/internal developers - Troubleshooting and adapting within the role as required - Managing a high volume of projects from different clients Please note: The above role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our agency brands.,
