Graphic Design and Social Media Intern

The Company: Pro InfraReal Pvt Ltd, also known as the Satyam Group, located in Greater Noida, has completed four projects (Jagat Plaza 1, Jagat Plaza 2, Satyam Complex 1, and Satyam Complex 2) since its establishment 14 years ago. The group has delivered over 200,000 square feet of space on time and specialises in the development of high-street commercial properties, convenient shopping centres, and local shopping complexes in Greater Noida. Currently, Satyam Group is developing its fifth commercial project, Satyam Galleria, in Greater Noida's Sector P-4. What we are looking for: Recent communication design graduates (having 0-1 year of work experience) with the following qualities: - Strong motivation to contribute and advance within the organisation. - Capable of innovative thinking and generating ideas independently, without reliance on artificial intelligence tools. - Demonstrate a genuine sense of belonging to the company. - Consistently meet established deadlines. - Possess expertise in communication design. - Knowledgeable about branding and capable of assisting in brand development. - Exhibit exceptional aesthetic sensibilities. - Understanding of typography, colour theory, layout & research. - Understanding of branding, web and print design, and social media management. - Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Adobe Suite). - Working knowledge of Blender and Premiere Pro is an advantage. - Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus. Responsibilities: - Managing the company's social media. - Devising campaign strategies and planning social media posts accordingly. - Conceptualising, researching the industry and creating compelling graphics. - Analysing data, optimising future posts. - Assisting with the production of videos and reels. - Developing brand decks, brochures, and any other marketing assets. Internship Details: - Contract Length: 6 months (with the option of converting into a full-time job based on performance). - Stipend: Rs. 5,000 - 10,000 per month, depending on work experience. - Internship location: Greater Noida (work from office). - Days and timings: 5 - 6 days a week from 11:30 am to 7:30 pm (flexible). - Dress code: smart casuals. - Start date: immediate.
