Role Overview As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually stunning graphics, advertisements, and engagement campaigns that highlight our app launches and ongoing initiatives. Youll combine strong design skills with creative ideation to develop content that resonates with our audience and sparks interaction. Key Responsibilities Creative Campaign Design : Develop graphics, visual assets, and advertisements for app launches, social media, digital ads, and engagement campaigns. Visual Storytelling : Translate ideas and concepts into compelling visual narratives that connect with students, professionals, and institutions. Ideation & Innovation : Brainstorm and propose creative engagement activities, ad concepts, and interactive visuals to maximize reach and impact. Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines while bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table. Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to align visuals with campaign objectives. Tool Mastery : Use tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, or equivalent to deliver high-quality outputs. Multi-format Content Creation : Design across formats static, motion graphics, infographics, presentation decks, banners, and short engagement ads. Key Skills & Competencies Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with digital ad platforms. Exceptional creativity and ideation skills ability to think beyond templates and create fresh concepts. Solid understanding of visual communication, color theory, typography, and layout principles . Experience in creating digital ads, social media creatives, and engagement campaigns . Familiarity with edtech, e-learning, or app-based products is a plus. Ability to balance creativity with business goals producing designs that not only look great but also drive action. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred). 2–5 years of professional design experience (experience in edtech, digital marketing, or app launches is a plus).
