As a Tele-calling Specialist, your role will be crucial in our students/parents engagement strategy. You will have the responsibility of making outbound calls to potential students, building relationships with existing students, and promoting our courses. Roles & Responsibilities:- · Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential students over the phone to promote our educational courses. · Developing and sustaining solid relationships with students to encourage repeat business. · Building rapport with students and addressing their inquiries and concerns. · Maintaining accurate records of interactions with students in our CRM system. · Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales/admissions. To Succeed in this role, we’d love to have the below skills:- · Good customer service skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Good team player. · Building rapport with students and providing excellent customer service are crucial aspects of this role. · Ability to manage stressful situations and strict deadlines.
