We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team in preparing accurate quotations in both Euro and INR, manage customer orders, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage sales quotations in Euro and INR with high accuracy Coordinate with customers for order updates, queries, and follow-ups Support the sales team in handling day-to-day operations and documentation Maintain and update order records and track deliveries Provide basic support on export-import documentation and processes Ensure accuracy in pricing, terms, and customer information Work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks Maintain excellent records and reports using MS Excel and Office tools Requirements: Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Good written and spoken English communication skills Basic knowledge of export-import procedures Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred: Experience in international sales support or similar role is a plus.
