Role & responsibilities Equipment Operation: Operate and monitor equipment used in the manufacturing of OSD products, such as granulation equipment, blending machines, tablet presses, Set up machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records. Ensure equipment is properly cleaned and maintained to prevent cross-contamination and ensure product quality. Production Execution: Follow batch records, work instructions, and SOPs to manufacture OSD products in accordance with regulatory requirements (GMP, FDA, etc.). Monitor production processes to ensure products are produced within specifications regarding quality, yield, and output. Perform in-process checks and sampling to verify product quality and adherence to specifications. Quality Assurance: Conduct visual inspections of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Report any deviations or non-conformances to supervisors and assist in investigations and corrective actions. Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner, including batch records, logbooks, and equipment records. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during all operational activities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of manufacturing areas to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with hygiene standards. Participate in safety training sessions and follow guidelines for hazardous materials handling and disposal. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with supervisors, quality control personnel, maintenance technicians, and other team members to achieve production goals. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth shift handovers and continuity in operations. Support cross-training efforts to enhance flexibility and skill development within the production team. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and waste reduction in OSD manufacturing operations. Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address recurring issues and enhance product quality and productivity. Participate in validation activities for equipment, processes, and cleaning procedures as required.

Job Summary: The Sr. Mechanical Draughtsman will be responsible for preparing detailed 2D mechanical drawings, layouts, GA, CLD, and P&ID for dryers, granulation equipment, and turnkey projects. The role involves close coordination with process and marketing teams to ensure accurate, error-free submissions in compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Design & Drafting Prepare General Arrangement (GA) drawings for dryer and granulation sections.
