Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager at our Bengaluru location. The Production Manager will oversee the production process, ensure quality control, manage production schedules, and coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow. Additional daily tasks include managing inventory, maintaining equipment, and improving production efficiency. The role also involves supervising production staff and ensuring safety regulations are followed. Qualifications Experience in production management and quality control Knowledge of inventory management and equipment maintenance Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to develop and manage production schedules Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in production planning software and tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field Experience in the granite or related industry is a plus
