Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Front Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth front desk operations, providing excellent guest services, and creating a welcoming experience for all visitors and guests. Key Responsibilities: Guest Handling: Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally. Reservations & Billing: Manage room reservations and cancellations accurately. Process payments, maintain billing records, and ensure accuracy in financial transactions. Communication & Coordination: Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing information as needed. Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc.) to fulfill guest needs. Administrative Tasks: Maintain an updated record of room availability and bookings. Prepare daily reports and logs related to guest activities and room status. Standards & Policies: Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards. Uphold safety and security protocols for guests and the premises. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field. Proven experience as a Front Office Executive or similar role in the hospitality industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
