Job Title: Senior Sales Manager IT Solutions (Hardware, Networking, Security & Cloud) Location: Gurgaon (Onsite) Experience Required: 10-15 Years Employment Type: Full-time Urgency: Immediate Joining Preferred About the Role: We are looking for a highly driven Senior Sales Manager with strong expertise in selling IT solutions, including hardware, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing enterprise accounts, building CXO-level relationships, and driving business growth in the core IT domain. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, solution presentation, proposal creation, negotiations, and deal closure. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, OEMs, and channel partners. Understand client business challenges and propose suitable IT solutions (hardware, networking, security, cloud). Work closely with technical/pre-sales teams to deliver value-driven solutions. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and industry developments. Prepare periodic sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews. Mentor and guide junior sales team members as needed. Key Requirements 10-15 years of proven sales experience in IT hardware, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions . Strong network and client base across mid to large enterprises. Excellent understanding of IT solution selling and consultative sales approach. Proven track record of achieving/exceeding revenue targets. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to engage with stakeholders.
