You will be joining our client as an IVR Senior Lead Engineer, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive voice response applications using VXML and CCXML standards. Your role will involve integrating IVR applications with backend systems, optimizing performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the IVR platform. Key Responsibilities: Design & Development: - Develop and maintain voice applications using VXML and CCXML standards. - Write JavaScript code for dynamic control flow and IVR logic. - Create and configure Grammar Files for voice recognition and natural language processing. System Integration: - Integrate IVR applications with backend systems to ensure seamless customer service experiences. - Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams to meet technical requirements. Optimization & Troubleshooting: - Monitor, test, and optimize IVR applications for performance and usability. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voice applications. Collaboration: - Work with cross-functional teams to define new features and enhancements for the IVR platform. - Provide training and support to other teams on IVR design and best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: - Minimum 7 years of experience in developing IVR applications. - Hands-on experience with IVR platforms such as Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, Nuance. - Solid understanding of telephony concepts and voice recognition technologies. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in VXML and CCXML for defining voice dialogs and call flows. - Expertise in JavaScript for dynamic behavior in IVR applications. - Experience with Grammar Files for speech recognition and interpretation. Analytical & Problem-Solving: - Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in voice-based applications. - Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into effective IVR solutions. Communication: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts clearly. Education & Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with Speech Recognition and NLP technologies. - Experience with Cloud-based IVR solutions and CTI integration. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. - Relevant certifications in IVR systems or telephony platforms are a plus.,
