About the Project AI School for Farmers is an innovative initiative to empower farmers through AI/ML-driven solutions in soybean and other crops. In Phase 1, we aim to train 20,000 farmers in collaboration with leading AI technology providers and execution partners. Job profile: Lead and manage farmer training programs in assigned regions. Coordinate with AI Tech Partners and execution partners. Manage and mentor volunteer teams. Monitor project KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Ensure smooth implementation and farmer engagement. What We’re Looking For Education: MBA in Agriculture/Agriculture Business Management Experience: 2–3 years in project management (preferably agriculture, rural development, or technology adoption). Skills: Leadership & team management Budget & financial tracking Communication in Marathi, Hindi & English Familiarity with Agri-tech or AI tools (preferred) Proficiency in MS Office & digital tools Other: Willingness to travel extensively across villages in Maharashtra.
