Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Assistant located in Raipur. The Housekeeping Assistant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas. Daily tasks include cleaning rooms, corridors, and common spaces, changing linens, restocking supplies, and reporting any maintenance issues. Additionally, the Housekeeping Assistant will ensure that all health and safety guidelines are followed and contribute to a welcoming environment for all occupants. Qualifications Basic cleaning and housekeeping skills Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Good time management and organizational skills Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and handle housekeeping equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is a plus

The trainer ensures that learners are industry-ready and capable of providing excellent guest service. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver training sessions on Food & Beverage service, restaurant operations, bar management, and hospitality standards. Conduct practical demonstrations and role-play sessions to enhance hands-on learning. Train students on menu knowledge, table service techniques, order-taking, guest interaction, and complaint handling. Ensure learners are well-versed in hygiene, food safety, and workplace sanitation standards. Assess learners performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations. Provide personalized mentoring and support to students to improve their skills and confidence. Stay updated with the latest hospitality industry trends and incorporate them into training modules. Maintain training records, prepare reports, and coordinate with placement teams to support student employability. Skills & Competencies Required Strong knowledge of F&B operations, hospitality service standards, and customer engagement. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to engage and motivate students/trainees effectively. Strong organizational and classroom management skills. Knowledge of hygiene, food safety regulations, and quality control. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree/diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field. 3-5 years of industry experience in F&B service/operations, preferably in reputed hotels or restaurants. Prior experience in training or teaching (preferred but not mandatory)
