Job Profile Profile - Management Trainee-Business Operations Qualification - MBA Location -Sarkhej - Gandhinagar Hwy, Ahmedabad Experience - 0-1 Year Salary - Upto 4.8 LPA We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic MBA Fresher to join our team as a Management Trainee in our food processing division. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across key business functions including operations, supply chain, marketing, and business development. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about the food industry and eager to contribute fresh ideas to a growing organization. Key Responsibities: Assist in day-to-day operations of the food processing unit Procurement of agriculture commodity contacting traders/brokers. Analyze market trends and customer insights to support marketing strategies Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth operations Help in preparing business reports, performance metrics, and process improvements Participate in vendor and client meetings and maintain documentation Contribute to quality control and compliance checks Support the development and execution of business development plans Work on special projects under the guidance of senior management Required Skills MBA in Marketing, Operations, Agri-Business, or related specialization (recent graduate) Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry Passion or interest in the food processing/agriculture sector Preferred Qualification Internship experience in FMCG, food processing, or agri-business Familiarity with supply chain or production operations Knowledge of food safety standards or regulatory norms (FSSAI, HACCP) is a plus Additional Requirements: Joining: Must be able to join immediately or within a short notice period.
