Job Title: Rice Machinery Sales Executive / Sales Representative Location: Jalandhar, Punjab Job Type: Full-time Industry: Agricultural Equipment / Rice Processing Machinery Reports to: Sales Engineer/ Senior Sales Engineer /Sales Manager / Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Executive to promote and sell our line of rice machinery , including Pre - cleaner, Stone separators, Paddy De- Husker Rice -Whitener, and related agricultural equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping processors improve their productivity with modern machinery. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell rice machinery to dealers, and processing units. Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features and benefits to potential buyers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success. Identify new business opportunities and markets for rice machinery. Negotiate prices, prepare quotations, and close sales deals. Provide after-sales support and coordinate with service teams. Attend agricultural trade fairs, exhibitions, and field events to showcase products. Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback using CRM tools. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in agricultural machinery sales or a related industry. Strong knowledge of rice farming and rice processing practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel to rural areas and agricultural regions. Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with specific rice machinery brands and models. Experience with field demos and farmer outreach. Multilingual abilities (if working in diverse regions). Technical aptitude for understanding machinery operations.
