Job Title: Senior DevOps Lead (Azure | Terraform | Kubernetes) Experience Level: 10+ years (with at least 3+ years in a leadership or senior DevOps role) Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior DevOps Lead with deep expertise in Azure , CI/CD Setup, Terraform , and Kubernetes to manage and continuously improve our infrastructure. You will play a pivotal role in architecting and optimizing scalable, secure, and high-availability systems, leading DevOps initiatives, and mentoring team members. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance our existing Azure infrastructure with a focus on scalability, high availability, and security. Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines across dev, staging, and production environments. Collaborate with development teams to define and provision infrastructure for new projects and services. Drive automation and DevOps best practices across the organization. Manage deployments, rollback strategies, and release processes using tools such as Bamboo , Azure DevOps , and GitLab . Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform , Helm , and Ansible . Monitor system health and performance using tools like Datadog , Prometheus , and Grafana . Contribute to the DevOps strategy and tooling improvements to enhance productivity and reliability. Provide mentorship, regular performance feedback, and conduct evaluations for DevOps team members. Actively engage with stakeholders across teams to ensure alignment and transparency on infrastructure-related matters. Required Skills & Experience: Proven hands-on experience with Azure , Terraform , and Kubernetes (must-have). Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools like Bamboo , Azure DevOps , and GitLab . Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform , Ansible , and Helm . Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools: Datadog , Prometheus , Grafana . Excellent leadership and team management skills ability to guide, coach, and motivate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail. Nice to Have: Experience with container security, policy enforcement, and compliance standards. Familiarity with cost optimization strategies in cloud environments. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
