Graduate Trainee Engineer

BCAD Global is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Graduate Trainee Engineers from Civil or Mechanical backgrounds with strong interest or exposure to Steel Detailing using Tekla Structures and/or SDS2. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career with hands-on experience in international structural and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and assist in the preparation of steel structure 3D models and 2D drawings using Tekla Structures or SDS2.
• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings for detailing purposes.
• Produce GA (General Arrangement) drawings, shop drawings, and erection drawings.
• Ensure accurate modeling and detailing as per AISC, NISD, or client-specific standards.
• Collaborate with senior modelers, checkers, and project leads to meet project timelines.
• Participate in internal training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and adhere to project quality standards.

Educational Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech – Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Diploma in Civil/Mechanical with a good academic background may also be considered.

Desired Skills:

• Basic knowledge of steel structures and fabrication methods.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Familiarity or academic exposure to Tekla Structures and/or SDS2 (preferred).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
