Position Overview: We are inviting candidates for Fresher or 6 months experience from Mechanical & Electrical engineering background , to join us as Trainee Engineer under our structured 1 year On the Job -Training Program . Working with the R&D department on reverse engineering, design, assembly, testing, validation. · Assist in daily maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of machines/equipment. · Support production and quality teams in process improvement and technical problem-solving. · Learn and apply industry-standard safety and operational procedures. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand real-time engineering challenges. · Work on live projects to enhance technical and analytical skills.
