Role & responsibilities

• Learning Restaurant Operations:Trainees will be immersed in all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and managing shifts.

• Shift Management:They will learn to manage shifts effectively, ensuring smooth operations, optimal staffing, and adherence to company standards.

• Team Leadership:Trainees will develop their leadership skills by motivating and directing team members, providing feedback, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Customer Service:A key focus will be on delivering excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and handling customer inquiries and complaints.

• Financial Management:Trainees will learn about financial controls, inventory management, and reporting to contribute to the restaurant's profitability.

• Compliance:They will be trained on food safety, health and safety regulations, and company policies and procedures.

• Training and Development:Trainees will learn to train and develop team members, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
