Graduate Instrumentation & Controls Engineer

As a Process and Instrumentation Engineer at Arcadis, your role will involve various responsibilities including: - Reviewing and developing Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) in collaboration with Process and Mechanical Engineers. - Selecting, applying, and specifying instrumentation to support processes. - Developing Instrument Data Sheets and lists, Panel layouts, and details. - Interacting and coordinating with project management, vendors, clients, design team members, and fellow engineers to resolve process engineering and piping issues. - Producing and reviewing 2D and 3D design drawings for facilities according to project requirements, codes, specifications, and procedures. - Participating in multi-discipline coordination and clash checking efforts. - Conducting site surveys of existing services to determine as-built conditions. - Supporting corporate and discipline-specific procedures and policies through active participation. - Contributing to the development of Discipline knowledge base and standards. - Performing self QA/QC on deliverables, as well as on deliverables by other engineers. - Executing tasks within the agreed-upon budget and schedule. - Being a team player and performing tasks individually when necessary. - Adhering to company standards and procedures, including design and QA checking. - Providing I&C design to support process control and plant automation. Qualifications and Skillset: - Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation or related field. - 1+ years of I&C and Automation design experience in Process industries. - Good knowledge of norms and standards related to Instrumentation engineering. - Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and MS Project). - Technical and quality focus. - Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. - Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills are essential for success in this role. - Demonstrating interest in personal and professional growth in a challenging and competitive professional environment.
