Graduate Engineering Trainee - Civil

As a Construction Measurement Assistant, you will be responsible for carrying out basic measurements of construction works in accordance with standard methods such as IS 1200, POMI, or NRM2. Your primary tasks will include utilizing CAD, CostX, and other measuring software to assist in measuring individual trades, including foundations, structural elements, masonry, and finishes. In addition to measurement tasks, you will also support cost estimation activities by identifying basic material and labour rates, as well as understanding rate analysis for standard work items. You will be expected to assist in post-contract activities by gaining familiarity with key contract terms and the post-contract work process flow. The ideal candidate for this role should possess basic knowledge in CAD, Cost-X (quantity take-off tools), and other quantification/estimation software. A degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering would be a valuable qualification for this position.,
