Job Description

Role Overview: You will be providing highly visible customer support through on-site installation, overseeing diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Additionally, you will check and approve the operational quality of system equipment, instruct customers in system operation and maintenance, and act as the company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. Your responsibilities may include various aspects of field support, such as system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research to combat spam, scam, and fraud in mobile telecommunication protocols. - Assist mobile network operators worldwide in identifying, monetizing, and preventing spam and fraud. - Analyze large volumes of Voice/SMS/MMS traffic. - Clean and preprocess data, perform exploratory and statistical analysis. - Apply machine learning, data mining, and text mining techniques. - Create visualizations and presentations of data findings. - Uncover activities of organized spammers and fraudsters, research new fraud techniques, and design detection algorithms. - Monitor and prevent virus and malware distribution vectors. - Present results to customers and lead discussions on managing fraud attacks. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in conducting research to combat spam, scam, and fraud in mobile telecommunication protocols. - Experience in assisting mobile network operators worldwide in identifying, monetizing, and preventing spam and fraud. - Strong skills in analyzing large volumes of Voice/SMS/MMS traffic. - Ability to clean and preprocess data, perform exploratory and statistical analysis. - Knowledge of machine learning, data mining, and text mining techniques. - Proficient in creating visualizations and presentations of data findings. - Experience in uncovering activities of organized spammers and fraudsters, researching new fraud techniques, and designing detection algorithms. - Familiarity with monitoring and preventing virus and malware distribution vectors. - Excellent communication skills to present results to customers and lead discussions on managing fraud attacks.
