Graduate Apprentice Trainee

We are looking for passionate and motivated Graduate Apprentice Trainees (GAT) from Mechanical, EEE, and ECE streams who are eager to begin their professional journey in the power and energy sector. Selected candidates will receive hands-on training across multiple departments including production, maintenance, quality, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.

Support production and testing operations as per engineering standards.

Work on automation systems, control panels, and electrical circuits (for EEE/ECE)

Participate in root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives.

Maintain documentation and assist in project coordination.

Follow safety and quality procedures during all operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical / EEE / ECE (2022–2025 Batch preferred).

Minimum Marks: 60% and above throughout academics.

Skills: Basic knowledge of core engineering principles, willingness to learn, and adaptability to industrial work culture.

Accommodation: Provided by the company (optional).

Job Offer: Successful trainees may be considered for permanent positions based on performance and availability.
