About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Student Counseling & Program Matching: Engage with prospective students to assess their academic interests and career goals. Provide personalized guidance to help them select the most suitable educational programs. 2. Lead Conversion & Sales Execution: Manage the full admissions cycle from initial inquiry to final enrollment. Proactively follow up with leads through calls, emails, and virtual meetings, with a strong focus on achieving individual and team-based enrollment targets. 3. CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain up-to-date and accurate student information within the CRM system. Monitor the lead pipeline and ensure timely, structured communication across all touchpoints. 4. Program & Product Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of the institution's academic offerings, including curriculum structure, fee models, scholarship options, and career outcomes. Effectively communicate these details to address queries and drive enrollment decisions. 5. Collaboration & Strategic Reporting: Coordinate with marketing, academic, and operations teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality student experience. Generate and present regular performance reports, insights, and feedback to management. 6. Event Representation & Outreach: Participate in virtual and in-person events such as webinars, orientation sessions, open houses, and info sessions to represent the institution and engage potential students. 7. Relationship Management & Student Support: Foster strong, trust-based relationships with students and their families. Provide ongoing support throughout the admissions process and ensure a smooth handover to the onboarding or academic support teams post-enrollment.
