Role & responsibilities We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in both Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) and Advertising Studio to support end-to-end campaign execution, lead nurturing, and audience targeting. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in marketing automation, audience segmentation, CRM integrations, and ad platform integrations (e.g., Google, Facebook). This role bridges marketing technology with campaign execution to drive performance and personalization across paid and owned channels. Key Responsibilities Marketing Automation (Account Engagement ): • Design, implement, and optimize nurture campaigns using Engagement Studio. • Create dynamic email templates, landing pages, forms, and custom redirects. • Implement and maintain lead scoring and grading models. • Ensure data syncing and segmentation across Pardot and Salesforce CRM. • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and insights. • Ensure compliance with email and data privacy regulations Digital Advertising (Advertising Studio) : • Set up and manage Advertising Studio integrations with Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and other ad platforms. • Sync CRM audiences with advertising platforms for retargeting, lookalike audiences, and customer match campaigns. • Collaborate with marketing and paid media teams to align CRM data with ad strategy. • Analyze audience performance and conversion attribution using cross-channel metrics. • Manage suppression lists, audience refresh cycles, and data extensions for ad targeting.
