Responsibilities Edit social media videos including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, static-to-video edits, and ad creatives Sync and clean audio, manage transitions, cutdowns, and text overlays Understand brand guidelines and adapt editing style accordingly Work with stock footage, motion elements, and brand assets Organize raw files and maintain a clear editing workflow Take feedback positively and iterate quickly when required Maintain efficiency and responsiveness when working on tight deadlines Communicate and collaborate effectively in a team setting , especially with strategists, designers, and fellow editors Stay updated with social media video trends and apply them creatively when editing Qualifications 0–2 years of experience in video editing (internships/freelance work count!)
