In this role, you will be responsible for creating productized learning videos and YouTube content using professional equipment. You will compile visual content that aligns with our brand's objectives and resonates with our target audience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in video editing softwares, possesses a strong sense of storytelling, have an excellent design sensibility, and be excited and interested in trying new things. Responsibilities : • Edit raw footage into polished videos, ensuring visual continuity, smooth transitions, and coherent storytelling. • Trim and arrange footage to achieve a seamless and engaging final product. • Incorporate visual effects, animations, and graphics to enhance the overall video quality. • Maintain a strong design sense, ensuring every frame is visually appealing. • Work closely with creative team to execute the vision and maintain brand consistency. • Grade and enhance video footage to achieve the desired look and feel. • Edit audio elements, including dialogue, music, and sound effects, to ensure a well balanced audiovisual experience. • Sync audio and visual components to create a seamless and professional final product. • Review and refine edited videos to ensure they meet the established standards of quality, style, and branding. • Organize and maintain a library of video assets, ensuring easy access for future projects. • Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver timely results. • Troubleshoot technical issues related to video editing software and hardware. Requirements : • Over 3 years of proven experience as a Visual Editor/ Video Editor. • Proficiency in softwares such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition. • Solid knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques. • Familiarity with color grading, audio editing, and visual effects. • Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality standards. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. • A portfolio highlighting previous video editing work is preferred. Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Production and Quality Assistant to oversee and manage the post-production processes for our original, acquired and dubbed content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in post-production workflows, understanding in end to end processes, attention to detail, and a passion for creating content that meets the highest industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee post-production timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule. Coordinate with production teams, editors, colorists, sound designers, and VFX teams to maintain workflow efficiency. Create and manage post-production budgets.
