You should have 5 to 7 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles. Your proven ability should cover working on end-to-end ML projects, from research to production. It is essential to conduct in-depth machine learning research and stay updated with state-of-the-art advancements, including reading, interpreting, and implementing research papers, especially in the Generative AI domain. Your responsibilities will also include mentoring and guiding junior data scientists and interns in executing real-world projects. You should be able to design and build machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business challenges. Working collaboratively across teams to turn data into decisions and models into products is a crucial aspect of the role. Having a strong foundation in Statistics and Probability is essential. You should also possess advanced proficiency in Python for data science and ML workflows. Hands-on experience with key libraries such as Scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow, and PyTorch is required. Expertise in core ML algorithms like Linear/Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Gradient Descent, and SVMs is expected. Deep familiarity with Transformer architectures and working with Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus. Experience with frameworks like Langchain or LlamaIndex for building LLM-based applications will be beneficial. Your ability to turn theoretical models into production-ready code with clarity and precision is highly valued in this role.,
